The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes 49 Grouped dwellings, including:

• 33 two storey dwellings oriented towards Reflection Boulevard and Aurora Esplanade and 16 single storey dwellings with undercroft garages orientated towards Casina Way;
• Vehicle access from a communal driveway, with two vehicle access points onto Cassina Way;
• 48 dwellings with two resident bays and one dwelling with one resident bay;
• 15 visitor parking embayments located within the road reserves of Casina Way and Reflection Boulevard; and
• Associated landscaping.
