Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • Five-storey building with a maximum height of 16.1-metres;
  • A minimum setback of 3-metres from the adjoining residences;
  • Eight dwelling typologies ranging from one to three bedrooms;
  • Ground floor Café tenancy with an area of 205m2;
  • Central first floor outdoor communal area;
  • 73 on-site car parking bays;
  • Vehicular access via Maritime Drive and
  • 13.8% of the site area to be landscaped with 10.3% as deep soil planting.
