The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• The application proposes an outbuilding at the south-east corner of the site.
• The proposed outbuilding is 3.6 metre wide with 0.9 metre setback from Southern lot boundary and is 6.2 metre long with 0.8 metre setback from eastern lot boundary.
• The outbuilding is proposed to have a 2.8 metre high wall height and 3.2 metre high roof height.
