Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • a 9m long by 8m wide outbuilding that proposes a wall height of 3.9m in lieu of the maximum 2.4m. The development also proposes a ridge height of 5m in lieu of the required 4.2m. In addition to this, the application proposes to be 72m2 in lieu of the maximum 60m2, with a 0.5m setback to both the northern and eastern boundaries in lieu of the required 1m.
  • The application also proposes a 5m long by 8m wide patio with a wall height of 3.9m to be attached to the outbuilding. The development intends a 0.5m setback to the eastern boundary in lieu of the required 1m.
