Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- Shop to be operating from the existing building twice per week on Mondays from 8:30am till 12:30pm and Saturdays from 8:00am till 2:30pm.
- One canvas signage affixed to the outbuilding wall fronting the street and 2 portable signs located to either side of the accessway on site.
- A home business for administration and storage of fresh produce within cool room located in the existing outbuilding.
- The administrative aspect of the
home business occurs on Wednesday and Fridays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
- Commercial Vehicle Parking at the above address for three (3) Commercial vehicles being 2 refrigerator vans of 5.96 metre (L) by 1.9 metre (W) by 2.2 metre (H) and one tractor of 3.44 metre (L), 1.86 metre (W), and 2.4 metre (H).
- The two vans are to be parked
within the existing outbuilding on site and behind the outbuilding during the
operation of the shop.
