The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following changes to the existing approved operating hours and number of children permitted. Details of the proposal are as follows:

• Maximum of 7 children to be cared for at any one time
• Hours of operation: Monday to Sundays, 4:00am to 8:00pm; and
• Parking is accommodated on the existing driveway
