The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• The Rural Home Business (Storage) will be contained to the proposed sea containers, which have a combined area of 110m²;
• The easternmost sea container proposes a 3.2 metre setback to the eastern boundary in lieu of the 15 metres required;
• The sea containers propose a 7.5 metre setback to the northern boundary of the 15 metres required;
• The hardstand will be to permit the movement of vehicles to the designated Rural Home Business area only; and
• No signage is proposed with the application.
