The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A monopole telecommunications facility located in the southwest corner of the site, setback 4.6m from the south lot boundary. The nearest residential property is located approximately 14.5m to the north of the proposed location;
• A 25m high monopole tower including six (6) panel antennas and one (1) GPS antenna; and
• A 10m x 10m fenced compound to the base of the tower and an equipment shelter.
