The application proposes a telecommunications facility incorporating the following:

• A 20 metre high monopole telecommunications tower located 15.7 metres from the southern property boundary and 44.1 metres from the eastern property boundary;
• The proposed monopole telecommunications tower will replace an existing smaller telecommunications tower and light pole within the car park;
• The monopole will include nine (9) panel antennas affixed on a triangular headframe and twenty-four (24) remote radio units;
• The existing compound housing the equipment cabinet located on the eastern side of the shopping centre will be retained and equipment replaced; and
• Replacement of underground cabling and installation of ancillary equipment including filters, combiners, amplifiers, break out boxes, cabling, ladders, safe access methods, signage, bird proofing, earthing and electrical works.
