The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes five (5) grouped dwellings, front fence and retaining walls on the above-mentioned site. The grouped dwellings are all single storey with maximum 4.2m wall height and maximum 5m ridge height.

The retaining wall along northern boundary proposes maximum 0.6m high excavation on the site. The retaining wall along western lot boundary proposes 1.5m high excavation towards northern end and maximum 0.7m fill towards its southern end. Maximum height of fill along southern boundary is 0.7m.
