The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes 4 grouped dwellings with the following:

  • Unit 1
    • First Floor Bed 1 to Balcony - 1.2m setback to western boundary.
    • Cone of vision setback of 2m from Upper Bed 2 to north western boundary.
  • Unit 2
    • Ground Floor - Store to Portion of Bath - 0.4m setback to southern boundary.
    • First Floor - Walk in robe to Ens - 0.4m setback to south east boundary
    • First Floor - Bed 1 to Ens - 1.2m setback to northern boundary.
  • Unit 3
    • Upper Floor Bed 2 to Bed 3 – 1.1m setback to north eastern boundary.
    • Upper Floor Bed 1 to Bed 1 – 1.4m setback to north western boundary.
    • Cone of vision setback of 1.8m from Upper Bed 1 to north eastern boundary.
    • Cone of vision setback of 2.6m from Upper Bed 2 to north eastern boundary.
  • Unit 4
    • Ground Floor – Laundry to Family/Living - 0.2m setback eastern boundary.
