The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes to convert the existing Medical Centre building into a Community Purpose facility. Details of the Change of Use that require public consultation are as follows:

• Hours of Operation are proposed to be Mondays to Sundays, 5:00am – 9:00pm;
• A maximum of 45 patrons on site at any one time is proposed;
• 12 car parking bays;
• Minor internal renovations are proposed; and
• Associated signage within existing signage panel areas
