Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes three Grouped Dwelling units. Details of the application that require consultation are as follows:
- Unit 3 proposes an aggregate boundary wall length of 9.5 metres to the southern side boundary for Unit 3 in lieu of the 7.9 metres permitted.
