Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • A supermarket with customer trading area, back of house, loading dock and online pick up area;
  • Three retail tenancies totalling 803.2m2 of net lettable area including a liquor store, shop and restaurant/cafe;
  • Staff amenities and end-of-trip facilities;
  • 254 car parking spaces and 11 bicycle parking bays; and
  • Associated landscaping and signage.
