The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A maximum of eight (8) guests are proposed at any one time.
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property.
• A total of two (2) car bays can be contained on site.
• Check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out time is before 10am.
• Guest must stay for a minimum of 2 nights.
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed.
