The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes:

• A two storey Childcare Centre is to be developed on the Eastern portion of the site;
• Car parking area to be on the Western portion of the site comprising of 25 car parking bays;
• Access to the car park from Bourke Way;
• A maximum of 96 children and 16 staff to be accommodated within the Child Care Premises at any one time;
• Proposed operating hours of the Child Care Centre are Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 6:30pm; and
• Associated site works, landscaping and signage.
