Proposal details

The abovementioned structure plan amendment application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • Change the zoning from ‘Commercial’ to ‘Residential’ for a 1.82 hectare area of land comprising Lot 2053 (101) Heath Avenue, Eglinton and a portion of Lot 9051 (100K) Pental Grove, Eglinton bound by Aplin Street to the north, Heath Avenue to the east, Indigo Street to the south and Kangaroo Way to the west; and
  • Introduce a density coding range of R20-R60 of the land subject to the rezoning.
