Proposal details

Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment that proposes to modify the south-western precinct of the Structure Plan Map by the introduction of a 1.361ha Service Commercial zone to the north-east of the intersection of Marmion Avenue and Pipidinny Road which is earmarked for future Residential development under the current approved plan.
