The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A 0.9 metre privacy screen is proposed from the top of the pergola on the southern side of the pergola.
• The privacy screen proposes a nil setback in lieu of the 1 metre setback required.
• The privacy screen consists of aluminium slats that are not operable.
