Public comment is invited on the abovementioned Local Structure Plan – East Wanneroo Precinct 3 Local Structure Plan (LSP 3) that proposes establish the planning framework for future subdivision and development of Precinct 3 of the East Wanneroo District Structure Plan (EWDSP).

Precinct 3 comprises the land east of Lenore Road, between Shenton Road in the south, Benmuni Road in the east, and Benmuni Park in the north. The LSP 3 will establish the planning framework for future subdivision and development of Precinct 3 of the EWDSP area and provides for the following:

• Facilitate the development of 1,856 dwellings
• Dwelling density codes and locational criteria
• Indicative alignment of road network
• Indicative locations for open space and an educational facility
• Subdivision and Development requirements
• Identification of Local Development Plan requirements

In addition to facilitating the 1,856 dwellings the LSP 3 provides:

• A Primary School
• A Neighbourhood Shopping Centre
• Neighbourhood Playing Fields
• Connected areas of local recreation and open space
