Proposal details
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to partially rezone Lot 594 (30) Ranworth Road, Hocking from ‘Special Use’ Zone to ‘Residential’ zone with R30-R60 density range and to recode the ‘Residential’ zone from density code ranging from R25 - R60, to R30 – R60 and subject to Medium-density development standards.
The proposed amendment updates the approved residential spatial and density arrangements.
