LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

CITY OF WANNEROO DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME NO. 2 – AMENDMENT NO. 221

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has initiated the above-mentioned local planning scheme amendment to insert zoning, land use permissibility, local scheme reservations and residential density controls into District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2) over the eastern portion of the Landsdale locality. Much of these controls will be taken from the City of Wanneroo’s East Wanneroo Cell 9 (East Landsdale) Local Structure Plan No. 57 (ASP 57).

Following the approval of Amendment No. 221, the City is expecting that the Western Australian Planning Commission will amend ASP 57.
