The above-mentioned Local Planning Policy 4.22 – Unhosted STRA seeks to guide the future development of unhosted STRA properties to ensure they are appropriately managed to minimise their impact on the amenity of surrounding areas, and also ensure consistent documentation for applications to lease properties for unhosted STRA purposes.

Local Planning Policy 4.22 will be advertised for public comment for a period of 42 days from 25 September 2025 to 6 November 2025.
