The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• The Home Business proposes to have customers visit the premises to use an Ice Bath and Sauna for 50-minute sessions;
• Customers are intended to park on the premises to access the Home Business;
• The Home Business will operate from the patio area located on the eastern side of the existing dwelling; and
• The Home Business will be operated by residents at all times when customers are on site.
• Proposed operating hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days per week;
• A maximum of one (1) client on site at any one time is proposed, and a maximum of ten (10) clients per day;
