Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • A single-storey commercial development featuring two tenancies with Net Lettable Areas (NLA) of 339 m² and 355 m² for food and beverage services;
  • Four additional tenancies, each with a Net Lettable Area (NLA) of 70 m², intended for retail and health service uses;
  • Provision of a waste room and utilities room;
  • A total of 27 on-site car parking spaces including 2 ACROD bays and 1 service bay; and
  • Associated signage and landscaping works.
