The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Gym and a Motor Vehicle Wash at Lot 4002 (282) Butler Boulevard, Butler. Details of the proposal are as follows:

• The application proposes new buildings and crossovers on the vacant site;
• Both facilities are proposed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• The Motor Vehicle Wash will be generally unmanned, however staff will periodically attend to complete routine maintenance;
• The Recreation – Private will have 1-2 staff at the site during normal business hours;
• Total of 40 parking bays on site; and
• Associated signage and landscaping.
