Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the construction of a single storey dwelling including partial under croft garage. The application seeks discretion for the below that items that may have impact to neighbouring properties

  • Proposed over height building height for a gable roof at the front of the dwelling.
  • Reduced landscaping within the street setback area of the lot.
  • Siteworks (retaining and fill) ranging between 1.1m and 2.2m in height above natural ground level to the northern eastern and southern lot boundaries with a nil setback to the property boundary.
  • Reduced visual privacy to the northern property boundary
