The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Single House Addition (Patio) which is to be setback 0.5m from the southern boundary and 6m from the primary street boundary. The patio has a length of 14m by 5.76m with a wall height of 3.2m to the roof pitch.
