The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes an outbuilding with a length of 7 metres and a width of 6.2 metres, for a total area of 43.4m². The wall height of the proposed shed will be 3 metres, and the overall height will be 3.6 metres. The proposed shed will be setback 1.2 metres from 115 Aldersea Circle.
