The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Six single storey units along western lot boundary and 5 two storey units along Key Largo Drive;
• Maximum 1.1m high retaining walls with associated fill on top of existing retaining walls along Key Largo Drive;
• Maximum 8.4m of total building height for two storey units and maximum 4.5m total building height for single storey units;
• Total of 42.3m long single storey boundary wall along western lot boundary.
