Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a change of use to Tavern and Amusement Parlour at lot 506 (11/61) Key Largo Drive, Clarkson. The proposed development will be located within the existing tenancy 11, located in the northeast corner of the site. Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • A 713m2 Tavern area and 786m2 Arcade area;
  • Operating hours:
    • 11:00am to 12:00am Sunday to Thursday; and
    • 11:00am to 1:00am Friday and Saturday.
  • A maximum capacity of 800 patrons;
  • External Façade upgrades including signage and a 6.8-metre entry façade feature;
  • Utilizing existing parking on site;
  • Use of the existing loading dock to the rear of the building; and
  • Use of Waste Management and Operational Management Plans.
