The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A maximum of ten (10) guests.
• Minimum of three (3) consecutive nights, maximum of three (3) months.
• A Management Plan would be in place, with measures including:
  • Guest screening
  • Quiet hours after 8:00 pm weekdays, 9:00 pm weekends, with guests required to vacate outdoor areas from this time.
  • Guest departures to occur by 10.00 am.
  • 24/7 contact number for complaints and issue resolution.
  • No pets
  • No smoking
• All guest parking will be provided on site on the driveway only.
• Waste will be managed in accordance with the City of Wanneroo collection schedule
