The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment. Development Approval was granted by the City in 2023 for Unit 1 and Unit 5 to operate as a Brewery. The proposed Change of Use applies only to Unit 5 for it to operate as a ‘Small Bar’, which is to be associated with the existing brewery. No other changes are proposed with the application. As such, the existing details of the Brewery’s operation will remain the same and will carry across to the new Change of Use. These details are:

• Maximum of twenty-five (25) patrons at any one time; and
• Operating hours of 11:00am – 9:00pm, Wednesdays to Sundays.
