The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A maximum of 6 guests are proposed at any one time;
• Guests must stay for a minimum of two (2) nights;
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm until late, and check-out time is by 11:00am;
• A total of 2 car bays are provided (this is outlined in the Management Plan and guests will be advised no further cars can be accommodated on the site per booking)Mr Timothy Guest;
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property;
