Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • A central complex containing a 1,400m2 supermarket, 11 shop tenancies including a liquor store, an external loading dock and amenities;
  • Café, Gym, Medical Centre and Veterinary tenancies;
  • A Childcare Centre accommodating up to 90 children and 10 staff;
  • Two Fast Food Outlets;
  • Pedestrian connection from Kuranda Drive;
  • 223 vehicle parking bays on site including 11 accessible parking bays and five electrical vehicle charging bays; and
  • 24 bicycle bays.
