The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
Details of the proposed Holiday House:
- Number of bedrooms: 5
- Maximum number of guests: 10
- Car parking: contained within double carport and driveway
- The applicant will not be an occupant of the dwelling while guests are accommodated.
The applicant has prepared a management plan which addresses some of the following:
- Guest handbook and code of conduct
- House rules
- Noise mitigation and complaints procedure
- Waste management
- Check in and check out procedures
