Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes an outbuilding at the back of the existing dwelling. The outbuilding is 7.4m long and 7.2m wide with nil setback to the southern lot boundary. The maximum wall height proposed is 2.9m from natural ground level. The outbuilding has pitched roof with a maximum roof height of 4.2m from natural ground level.
