The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

The Home-Based Business (Exercise Classes) consisted of the following under DA2021/2006 approval:

• Classes will be contained within an existing outbuilding on site.
• Hours of operation is restricted to between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday and 9:00am – 7:00pm on Sunday and Public Holidays.
• Clients are to visit by prior appointment only, and are restricted to a maximum of two (2) clients on-site at any one time and a maximum of four (4) clients per day.
  • Appointments are to be managed to ensure there is no client parking on the road verge or obstructing of movement onto or along the road.

As mentioned above, the proposal under the current development application (DA2025/598) is consistent with previous approval (DA2021/2006) besides the following requested amendments:

• Increase the number of clients that are present at any given time from a maximum of two (2) to ten (10).
• Increase the maximum number of clients per day.
