The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Two holiday accommodation units:
• A single house accessed from the eastern side of the property, compliant with the provisions of the District Planning Scheme
• Associated outbuildings
• Modifications to the Building envelope.

• A maximum of five (5) guests per unit.
• All guests to be registered through the booking process.
• A guest register will be maintained by the Accommodation Manager.
• No parties or other gatherings permitted.
• Check in via accommodation manager after 1pm, and checkout is prior to 11am.
• Waste to be disposed of by the Accommodation Manager.
