Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- Two holiday accommodation units:
- A single house accessed from the eastern side of the property, compliant with the provisions of the District Planning Scheme
- Associated outbuildings
- Modifications to the Building envelope.
- A maximum of five (5) guests per unit.
- All guests to be registered through the booking process.
- A guest register will be maintained by the Accommodation Manager.
- No parties or other gatherings permitted.
- Check in via accommodation manager after 1pm, and checkout is prior to 11am.
- Waste to be disposed of by the Accommodation Manager.
