The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes to use an existing structure on site for the purposes of Restaurant/Café as defined with the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No.2. The following details have been provided in regard to the operation of the Cafe.

• Operational hours:
  • Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday and Public Holidays 9:00am – 5:00pm
• 2 employees with an expected maximum of 30 customers at any one given time
• Deliveries undertaken weekdays during standard business hours.
• Provision of 8 parking bays
• Incidental sale of produce grown on site.
