The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

Caravan Park

• Four caravan sites (180m² each in area) are proposed in the south western extent of the site;
• A maximum of 16 guests are proposed at any one time (inclusive of adults and children);
• Staffing is undertaken by 2 landowners who reside at the property;
• Guests must stay a minimum of one (1) night and are permitted to stay a maximum of 20 nights;
• Bookings are by reservation only;
• An entry statement sign is proposed in association with the caravan park which is 1.7 metres in height and 3.2 metres in width; and
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the Caravan Park use will be managed.

Recreation – Private (Animal Playgroup)

• The proposes use is open to the general public and does not include lesson plans or enrolment requirements;
• An oval, a studio with amenities and a car parking area comprising 7 car parking bays (inclusive of one ACROD bay) are proposed in the central area of the property in association with the proposed use;
• A maximum of 15 clients are proposed at any one time (inclusive of adults and children);
• Staffing is undertaken by 1 landowner who resides at the property;
• Sessions are held 2-3 times per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1-3 between 9:00am and 12:00pm; and
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the Recreation – Private (Animal Playgroup) use will be managed.

Rural Pursuit/Hobby Farm

• 2 cows, 9 sheep, 3 goats and 3 miniature donkeys (16 animals in total) are proposed to be kept in pens in the central area of the property;
• Staffing is undertaken by 2 landowners who reside at the property;
• Animal shelters and fencing of pens are proposed;
• Staffing is undertaken by 2 landowners who reside at the property; and
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the Rural Pursuit/Hobby Farm use will be managed.
