The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes both fill and excavation for the existing land use. Details of the setbacks for the earthworks are as follows:

• A 9 metre setback from the street boundary;
• A minimum 7 metre setback from the northern boundary;
• A minimum 35 metre setback from the western boundary; and
• A minimum 1 metre setback from the southern boundary.
