The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

The application proposes a patio on the north side of the above property. The proposed patio will measure 12.87m in length, with a post height of 2.3m and total height of 2.5m. The patio is proposed to be setback 0.5m from 21 Redington Drive.

The proposed plans may be viewed via the City’s website (under “Your Say” > “Planning Proposals”) or at the Civic Centre, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo.

Submissions on the proposal may be lodged on or before March 23, 2026 via the online submission form which is linked to the ‘Your Say’ item on the City’s website.You can attach additional information (plans, diagrams, photographs etc) via this form.

The proposal will be assessed against the Design Principles of the Part B of the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). Due to the reduced setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
