Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- A Service Station including provisions for five bowsers, with ten refuelling positions and the associated control building (with an internal floor area of 150m2);
- Associated parking, landscaping and signage.
- Two dog wash bays; and
- Six vacuum bays to the west of the Motor Vehicle Wash;
- A Motor Vehicle Wash comprising of three automatic wash bays, a plant room and bin store;
- A remote filling point at the northern side of the site for fuel tankers to refuel the site’s underground fuel tanks;
- The Service Station and Motor Vehicle Wash will operate 24 hours, 7 days a week;
