The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes two (2) Showrooms, Medical Centre and Child Care Premises at 265 Butler Boulevard, Butler. The application proposes the following:

• Child Care Premises with a maximum occupancy of 100 children and 13 staff;
• Child Care Premises will operate between the hours of 7:00am and 6:30pm;
• The play area for Child Care Premises will be located in the southeastern portion of the building fronting Butler Boulevard;
• Customer parking accessed via Butler Boulevard, and Landbeach Boulevard;
• Pedestrian access to the development via the existing pathways along Butler Boulevard and Landbeach Boulevard;
• Provision of 62 car bays; with 4 car bays located back of house and 58 car bays located forward of the primary facades of the development; and
• Waste collection and servicing via the rear laneway.
