The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Dog Grooming Salon located in unit 9, 2 Amesbury Loop, Butler. The subject site is next door to Fresh Fur Dog Daycare (Unit 10). The proposed change of use is intended to accommodate the grooming operations offered by Fresh Fur Dog Daycare.

The details of the application are as follows:

• The hours of operation are between 7am – 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday. This is inline with the existing approved hours of operations of Fresh Fur Dog Daycare at unit 10.
• Services are officer by appointment only, and appointment times are staggered.
• A predicted maximum number of 2 dogs will be groomed at a time, with a total of 20 dogs over the 10 hour day.
• Customers and staff will park onsite in the shared parking bays.
