Customer experience survey
The City is reviewing the first year of the bookable bulk verge collection service.
An independent research company, Thinkfield, is conducting a short customer survey on our behalf to understand how the service is working and how we can make it even better for the community.
The research process involves randomly selecting customers who used this service between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025.
The survey is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to ensure waste services are effective, efficient, and responsive to community needs.
The feedback collected will help shape how the bookable bulk verge collection service is offered in the future.
Taking part in the survey is voluntary and responses will remain confidential.
