Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes two patios, one of which is adjacent to your property and being assessed against the design principles of the R-Codes (Clause 5.1.3). The proposed patio:

  • Is a flat roof structure which runs parallel to your shared boundary.
  • The roofline and posts are setback 500mm from the boundary.
  • The post height is 2.4m
  • The patio is 13.3m long (It is proposed to start at the back of the garage and finished inline with the existing alfresco area.
