The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes to redevelop the Banksia Grove Village Shopping Centre and proposes the following:

• Pedestrian promenade and plaza with six shop and café tenancies with alfresco dining;
• A Tavern which proposes:
  • to operate Monday to Sunday, 10:00am – 12:00am (midnight);
  • accommodate a maximum of 750 patrons; and
  • A kids playground located to the north-eastern corner of the site.
• A drive-though Liquor Store;
• Three Fast Food Outlets;
• A Swim School;
• A north-south pedestrian link off Ghost Gum Boulevard;
• 81 additional car parking spaces totalling 498 car parking bays on-site; and
• A new vehicular access point from Ghost Gum Boulevard to the north of the site.
