Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes to redevelop the Banksia Grove Village Shopping Centre and proposes the following:
- Pedestrian promenade and plaza with six shop and café tenancies with alfresco dining;
- A Tavern which proposes:
- to operate Monday to Sunday, 10:00am – 12:00am (midnight);
- accommodate a maximum of 750 patrons; and
- A kids playground located to the north-eastern corner of the site.
- A drive-though Liquor Store;
- Three Fast Food Outlets;
- A Swim School;
- A north-south pedestrian link off Ghost Gum Boulevard;
- 81 additional car parking spaces totalling 498 car parking bays on-site; and
- A new vehicular access point from Ghost Gum Boulevard to the north of the site.
