The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Sunday: Operational Hours between 8am to 1pm and Church Services between 10am to 11.15am with average attendance of 65 and maximum capacity of 120 people on site;
• Monday: Closed;
• Tuesday and Wednesday: Operational Hours between 9am to 3pm with maximum capacity of 2 staffs on site;
• Thursday: Operational Hours between 9am to 3pm with maximum capacity of 2 staffs on site; Study Group between 6pm to 8pm with average attendance of 20 maximum capacity of 50 people on site;
• Friday: Operational Hours between 9am to 3pm with maximum capacity of 2 staffs on site; Youth Group between 6pm to 8.30pm with average attendance of 20 and maximum capacity of 50 people on site;
• Saturday: Operational Hours between 9am to 12 pm with maximum capacity of 2 staffs on site; Youth Group between 6pm to 8.30pm with average attendance of 20 and maximum capacity of 50 people on site;
• The Place of Worship is intended to operate on the 1^st floor of the existing unit to the Southwest of the property. The approved Medical Centre, Childcare Premises, Small Bar and Veterinary Clinic are not proposed to be changed as part of this application.
